【摘要】 目的:运用数据挖掘方法探讨《伤寒论》中药物配伍及组方规律。方法:整理和归纳《伤寒论》中处方所载药物,建立数据库,应用频数分析和列排序分析方法等对数据进行统计。结果:《伤寒论》载方112首,其中治疗肝胆病的方剂有24首,涉及52味药,总用药次数达144次,核心药对为桂枝-甘草。在性味归经中,寒性药使用频率最高,其次为苦味药,归肺胃经者最多。结论:运用数据挖掘技术,初步得出《伤寒论》中药物的配伍和组方规律,有助于其学术思想传承与创新。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the compatibility of drugs and the regular pattern of the prescriptions on liver and gallbladder diseases in Treatise on Cold Damage by using data mining. Methods: Arranged and Summed up drugs in the prescription in Treatise on Cold Damage,established a database,and analyzed the data by the methods of frequency analysis and column sequencing analysis. Results: There were 112 prescription in Treatise on Cold Damage. Among which,there were 24 prescriptions being on treating liver and gallbladder diseases,involved 52 herbs and 144 times of using. The core herb was laurel-licorice. In Tropism of taste,cold drugs were used at the highest frequency,followed by the bitter drugs,the lung stomach was the most. Conclusion: The compatibility of drugs and the regular pattern of the prescription on liver and gallbladder diseases in Treatise on Cold Damage were made out by using data mining technology,which contributed to the heritage and innovation of its academic thought.更多还原
