基于“因地制宜”理论,探讨高寒地区太阴病动物模型的建立
The Discussion on the establishment of animal model of Taiyin Disease(Syndrome of Deficiency of Spleen Yang) in Alpine Region Based on the Theory of “Local Conditions”
【摘要】 目的:在高寒环境下复制太阴病脾阳虚证动物模型。方法:大鼠采用大承气汤室温灌胃法造模。造模过程分为两个阶段,共12天。造模结束后观测实验大鼠一般状况及体重,测定血D-木糖浓度等指标的变化。结果:模型组大鼠第13天体质量增长率(2.65±7.78)%、第24天体质量增长率(5.40±4.48)%明显低于正常组(15.00±8.5)%、(13.16±10.59)%(P<0.01),模型组大鼠第13天血D-木糖浓度(0.19±0.01)mmol/L、第24天血D-木糖浓度(0.22±0.01)mmol/L低于正常组(0.31±0.05)mmol/L、(0.30±0.01)mmol/L(P<0.01)。结论:造模12天后,造模大鼠的表现符合中医太阴病(脾阳虚证)的病理变化,说明模型复制成功。
【Abstract】 Objective:This exploration is to reconstruct the animal model of Taiyin disease(syndrome of deficiency of spleen yang)in alpine environment.Methods:A rat model was established by using the gavages method of Dachengqi Decoction at a moderate room temperature.The modeling process is divided into two phases with a total of 12 days.After modeling,the general condition and body weight of the rats were observed and the changes of blood D-xylose concentration were measured.Results:The body weight growth rate of the model rats was(2.65±7.78)%on the 13 th day and(5.40±4.48)%on the 24 th day,which was significantly lower than that of the normal group[(15.00±8.5)%and(13.16±10.59)%](P<0.01).The concentration of D-xylose in the rats on the 13 th day was(0.19±0.01)mmol/L and(0.22±0.01)mmol/L on the 24 th day which was lower than that in the normal group[(0.31±0.05)mmol/L and(0.30±0.01)mmol/L](P<0.01).Conclusion:Twelve days after modeling,the performance of the model rats was consistent with the pathological changes of TCM Taiyin disease(syndrome of deficiency of spleen yang),which indicated that the model was successfully replicated.
