【摘要】 目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者甲状腺激素水平及其与Ghrelin水平的相关性。方法选取AD患者(AD组)和健康志愿者(对照组)各60例。比较两组外周血Ghrelin、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)、总四碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT4)水平,分析AD患者Ghrelin水平与甲状腺激素水平的相关性。结果 AD组Ghrelin、TSH、TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4水平均低于对照组(均P <0. 05); AD患者血清Ghrelin水平与TSH、TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4水平均呈正相关(均P <0. 05)。结论 AD患者的甲状腺激素水平降低,Ghrelin与AD患者甲状腺激素水平变化呈正相关性,提高Ghrelin水平或可在AD患者甲状腺激素代谢紊乱中发挥着一定保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the thyroid hormone level and its correlation with Ghrelin level in the patients with Alzheimer’s disease( AD). Methods Sixty AD patients( AD group) and 60 healthy volunteers( control group) were enrolled in the study. The levels of peripheral blood Ghrelin,thyroid-stimulating hormone( TSH),total triiodothyronine( TT3),total tetraiodothyronine( TT4),free triiodothyronine( FT3),free tetraiodothyronine( FT4) were compared between the two groups,the correlation between Ghrelin level and thyroid hormone level was analyzed in AD patients. Results The levels of Ghrelin,TSH,TT3,TT4,FT3 and FT4in the AD group were all lower than those in the control group( all P < 0. 05); serum Ghrelin level positively correlated with TSH,TT3,TT4,FT3 and FT4levels in AD patients( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion AD patients experience decreased level of thyroid hormone,Ghrelin presents a positive correlation with the changes of thyroid hormone level in AD patients,increasing Ghrelin level may play a protective role in thyroid hormone metabolic disorder among AD patients更多还原
