【摘要】 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的心率减速力(DC)水平及其影响因素。方法纳入81例T2DM患者(糖尿病组)与80例健康者(对照组),均进行24 h动态心电图检查,比较两组DC值,检测两组血压、FBG、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、C肽、血脂水平,分析T2DM患者DC值的影响因素。结果糖尿病组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C、FBG、HbA1c高于对照组,DC值小于对照组(均P<0.05);两组不同等级DC值率的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。糖尿病组高危DC值比例高于对照组,低危DC值比例低于对照组(P<0.05);FBG是T2DM患者DC值的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 T2DM患者DC值降低,其FBG越高DC值越低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the deceleration capacity of heart rate(DC) and its influencing factors in patients with type2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods Twenty-four-hour dynamic electrocardiogram(ECG) was performed in 81 patients with T2DM(diabetes group) and 80 healthy subjects(control group). The DC values were compared between the two groups,the levels of blood pressure,FBG,hemoglobin A1 c(HbA1 c),C peptide and blood lipid were detected in both groups,and the influencing factors of DC value were analyzed among patients with T2DM. Results The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,FBG,HbA1 c in the diabetes group were higher than those in the control group,and the DC value in the diabetes group was lower than that in the control group(all P < 0. 05); there were statistically significant differences in the ratios of DC values of various degrees between the two groups(P < 0. 001). The proportion of the subjects with high-risk DC value was higher but with low-risk DC value was lower in the diabetes group than those in the control group(P < 0. 05); and FBG was an influencing factor of DC value among patients with T2DM(P < 0. 05).
