Objective: To synthesize L-phenylalanine dipeptide derivatives and study their inhibitory effects on tumor cells. Methods: Starting from L-tyrosine or L-phenylalanine,L-phenylalanine dipeptide derivatives were synthesized via acetylation,condensation,nucleophilic substitution and/or alkylation.
