【摘要】 目的通过对矿山粉尘岗位工人职业卫生及防护知识的知晓情况调查,为矿山企业下一步开展健康教育与健康促进提供参考依据。方法对2016年来我单位进行职业健康检查的8家矿山单位的980名粉尘作业岗位工人进行问卷调查(收回有效问卷946份),了解不同工龄和文化程度对职业卫生及职业病危害因素防护知识的知晓情况。结果调查的8家矿山粉尘岗位工人对职业卫生与防护知识的总知晓率为79.6%;对工作岗位存在的职业病危害因素的知晓率最高(96.4%),对个人使用的防护用品应由用人单位承担发放知晓率最低(72.8%);工龄和文化程度越高,知晓率越高;知识获取途径主要为通过各种媒体宣传,文化程度较高的劳动者通过自学途径获取职业卫生知识比例较高。结论矿山企业开展健康教育与健康促进工作应把低工龄、低学历接尘工人列为重点宣教对象。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the knowledge of occupational hygiene and protection among workers exposed to dust in order to provide evidence for the further development of health education and health promotion of mining enterprises.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 980 workers exposed to occupational dust,who had occupation health examinations from 8 mining enterprises in 2016(946 valid questionnaires were returned).And then these questionnaires were used to understand the knowledge of occupational health and protection in different length of service and educational level.Results The total awareness rate of occupational hygiene and protection knowledge among the workers was 79.6%;the awareness rate of occupational hazards was the highest(96.4%);the rate of the awareness about that the personal protective articles should be paid by the employer was the lowest(72.8%).The higher the length of service and educational levels,the higher the awareness rate was.The main way to acquire knowledge was through various media publicity.In addition,the workers with higher educational levels could had higher awareness rate through self-studying occupational health knowledge.Conclusions In order to develop health education and health promotion in mining enterprises,the workers with less service length and low educational background should be regarded as the key missions.更多还原
