空气净化器除菌和净化空气中颗粒物效果的比较
Comparison of purification effects of sterilizing and removing particulate matter of air purifiers
【摘要】 按《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)进行自然菌除菌实验,和按国家标准GB/T 18801—2015《空气净化器》进行颗粒物净化效果实验,比较不同品牌的空气净化器除菌效果和对颗粒物净化效果。实验结果表明,紫外线空气净化器除菌效果为89. 13%,洁净空气量(CADR)为10. 3 m~3/h;光催化空气净化器除菌效果为93. 23%,CADR为150. 1 m~3/h;过滤式空气净化器除菌效果为62. 47%,CADR为273. 1 m~3/h;负离子净化器除菌效果为91%,CADR为408. 7 m~3/h。在测试的四种空气净化器中,除菌效果依次为光催化空气净化器>负离子净化器>紫外线空气净化器>过滤式空气净化器,颗粒物净化效果依次为负离子净化器>过滤式空气净化器>光催化空气净化器>紫外线空气净化器。在选择空气净化器时,针对不同的污染对象,可选择相应用途的空气净化器。
【Abstract】 The natural bacteria sterilization experiment was conducted according to Technical Standard for Disinfection( 2002 Edition),and the particle purification effect test was conducted according to national standards GB/T 18801-2015 Air Purifier,in order to compare the effects of different brands of air purifiers on bacteria removal and particle purification. The results revealed that the sterilization effect of ultraviolet air purifier was 89. 13%,and the clear air delivery rate( CADR) was 10. 3 m3/h; the sterilization effect of photocatalytic air purifier was 93. 23%,and the CADR was 150. 1 m3/h; the sterilization effect of filter air purifier was 62. 47%,and the CADR was 273. 1 m3/h; the anion purifier sterilization effect was 91%,and the CADR was 408. 7 m3/h. Comparing the effects of these four tested air purifiers,the sterilization effect was in the order of photocatalytic air purifier > negative ion purifier > ultraviolet air purifier> filter air purifier. The particulate matter purification effect was in the following order: negative ion purifiers > filter air purifier > photocatalytic air purifier > ultraviolet air purifier. It was suggested that proper air purifiers should be selected according to different contaminated objects.
