二氯苄醇的改性及其抗菌性研究

【摘要】 本文通过酰氯化反应对二氯苄醇(DCBA)进行改性,使用红外光谱仪和核磁共振波谱仪对其结构进行表征分析;将其添加到漱口水和洗发水中,研究其在不同温度下的稳定性及其抗菌性能。结果显示,改性DCBA在水中和漱口水中的溶解性和稳定性明显提高,在洗发水中对马拉色菌有良好的抗菌性。此外,改性DCBA对铜绿假单胞菌等部分菌株的抗菌性能也有所提高。

【Abstract】 In this work,benzyl dichloride( DCBA) was modified by acylation reaction and its structure was characterized by IR and NMR. After adding the modified dichlorobenzyl alcohol,the stability of the mouthwash at different temperature and the antibacterial properties of the shampoo were investigated. The results indicated that the solubility and stability of modified DCBA in water and mouthwash were obviously improved,and it has good antibacterial activity against Malassezia in shampoo. In addition,the antibacterial activity of modified DCBA against some strains such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa was also improved.
