某双氧水厂废水处理工程实例

【摘要】 双氧水生产过程中产生的高浓度难降解有机废水,废水中主要包含重芳烃(三甲苯及其异构体)、磷酸三辛酯和蒽醌,先通过铁、碳微电解,Fenton氧化预处理,提高其可生化性能,再经过"水解酸化+AO+生物滤池"生化工艺处理设施。其出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)表4中一级标准,工程调试结果显示,COD、TP、SS平均去除率分别达97%、99%、97%,在技术和经济上是可行的。

【Abstract】 In the process of hydrogen peroxide production,highly concentrated and refractory organic wastewater has come into being. The wastewater mainly contains heavy aromatics(trimethylbenzene and its isomers),trioctyl phosphate and anthraquinone. Its biodegradability can firstly be improved by iron,carbon micro-electrolysis and Fenton oxidation pretreatment,so as to improve its biodegradability,and then by "hydrolysis of acidification +AO +biological filter" biochemical treatment facilities. The effluent water quality reaches the "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB 8978—1996). The results of engineering debugging show that the average removing rates of COD,TP and SS are 98% ,97% and 99.5% respectively,which are technically and economically feasible.
