基于PLC锅炉专家PID智能控制的研究

【摘要】 在锅炉自动控制系统中,锅炉在蒸汽流量、给水流量及水位扰动下对锅炉的正常运行造成较为频繁的影响,传统控制难以达到理性效果,遂提出了基于PLC专家PID智能控制方案,先后对汽包水位及汽包压力进行控制。在实际工程中,采用西门子S7-300系列PLC对锅炉实现控制,应用效果理想,结果表明专家PID智能控制具有较好的动态性能。

【Abstract】 In the automatic control system of boiler, the disturbance of steam flow, feed water flow and water level has caused more frequent influence on the normal operation of boiler, so the traditional control is difficult to achieve rational effect. The intelligent control scheme based on PLC expert PID is put forward, and the drum water level and drum pressure are controlled successively. In practical engineering,Siemens S7-300 series PLC is adopted to control the boiler, and the application effect is ideal. The results show that the intelligent control based on PLC expert PID has good dynamic performance.
