【摘要】 目的研究分析鼻咽癌海绵窦侵犯调强放疗后放射性颞叶损伤的临床特点。方法选取本院自2014年1月～2017年12月收治的鼻咽癌患者60例,患者进行海绵窦侵犯调强放射治疗,并且针对患者放射治疗后的放射性颞叶损伤进行统计分析,探讨所有患者进行放射治疗后的治疗情况,分析研究放疗后放射性颞叶损伤的临床特点。结果 60例患者经过根治性调强放射治疗后,有58例在放射治疗半年至4年后出现不同程度的放射性颞叶损伤。经过治疗后,有40例患者出现轻微不良反应,18例患者出现严重不良反应,其中5例鼻咽癌患者出现严重并发症,肿瘤恶化后死亡。治疗过程中,24例病情一直保持稳定状态,12位患者在出现临床病症后经过医院的针对性治疗后已经好转,17例患者治疗进展缓慢。结论鼻咽癌海绵窦侵犯调强放疗后放射性颞叶损伤临床特点与患者的肿瘤部位,患者的颞叶被照射部位以及体积有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and analyze clinical characteristics ofradioactive temporal lobe lesion after intensity modulated radiation therapy of cavernous sinus invasion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 60 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were selected as research objects.Patients were given intensity modulated radiation therapy of cavernous sinus invasion.In addition,the radioactive temporal lobe lesionwas statistically analyzed to explore the treatment status of all patients after radiotherapy.The clinical characteristics of radioactive temporal lobe lesion after radiotherapy were analyzed. Results In 60 patients undergoing radicalintensity modulated radiation therapy,58 patients had varying degrees of radioactive temporal lobe lesion after six months to four years of radiation therapy.After treatment,40 patients had mild adverse reactionsand 18 patients had serious adverse reactions.Among them,5 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma had serious complications and died after the tumor deteriorated.During treatment,the condition of 24 patients remained stable.12 patients were improved after their clinical symptomswere given targeted treatment in hospital and 17 patients had slow treatment progress. Conclusion Clinical characteristics of radioactive temporal lobe lesion after intensity modulated radiation therapy of cavernous sinus invasion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma are related tothe site of the tumor,the location of the temporal lobe and the volume.更多还原
