【摘要】 目的对术后卧床患者采取中药封包干预,对其预防功能性便秘的效果进行分析。方法选取75例术后卧床患者随机分为两组,对照组38例,采取常规护理预防便秘,干预组37例,采取中药封包干预预防便秘,经不同护理后对其护理效果进行分析。结果 (1)对照组患者便秘及腹胀发生率分别为26.32%及31.58%,干预组患者便秘及腹胀发生率分别为8.11%及10.81%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(2)经护理后干预组患者症状积分明显比对照组患者症状积分好,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论术后卧床患者采取中药封包干预有效了预防了功能性便秘的发生,具有安全性高、方便等特点,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide traditional Chinese medicine packet intervention for patients in bed after operation to analyze its effect on prevention of functional constipation. Methods 75 patients in bed after operation were randomly divided into two groups.38 patients in the control group were given routine nursing to prevent constipation while 37 patients in the intervention group were given traditional Chinese medicine packet intervention to prevent constipation.After different nursing, nursing effects were analyzed. Results(1)The incidence of constipation and abdominal distension in the control group was respectively 26.32% and 31.58%.And those in the intervention group were respectively 8.11% and 10.81%.Comparative differences between two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)After nursing, symptom score of patients in the intervention group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).
