【摘要】 目的探讨单孔加一孔腹腔镜(SILS+1)远端胃癌根治术的近期临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2017年9月～2018年7月福建省肿瘤医院胃肠外科接受SILS+1手术的30例远端胃癌患者(单孔组)的临床资料,并采用1:1的倾向性评分匹配法从同期45例接受完全腹腔镜远端胃癌根治术患者中选出30例患者(全腔镜组)。采用t检验和χ~2检验比较两组之间的基线资料及短期手术疗效。结果单孔组总切口长度更短,首次下地时间及首次排气时间更早,术后疼痛更轻,住院时间更短(P <0.05),其余指标未见明显差异。结论在有丰富腹腔镜技术的中心,采用普通腹腔镜器械行单孔加一孔根治性远端胃大部切除术是安全可行的,近期疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the short-term clinical efficacy of single incision plus one port laparoscopy(SILS+1) for distal radical gastrectomy. Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with distal gastric cancer(single incision group) who underwent SILS+1 surgery from September 2017 to July 2018 in Fujian Cancer Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.30 patients(total laparoscopic group) were selected from 45 patients who underwent radical distal gastrectomy under complete laparoscopy at the same time by 1:1 propensity score matching method.Baseline data and short-term surgical outcomes between the two groups were compared by t-test and χ~2-test. Results The baseline data of the two groups were comparable.The total incision length was shorter,the first down time and exhaust was earlier,the pain was lighter and the hospitalization time was shorter in the single incision group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the other indicators. Conclusion In the center with rich laparoscopic technique,it is safe and feasible to use a common laparoscopic instrument for single incision plus one port in radical distal gastrectomy.The short-term effect is better.更多还原
