【摘要】 目的了解广东省中老年人群黏膜患病状况,为广东省口腔卫生保健工作提供信息支持。方法采用多阶段分层等容量随机抽样的方法,抽取广东省35～44岁、55～64岁和65～74岁城乡常住人口各288名,男女各半。按照第四次全国口腔健康流行病学调查标准和方法进行调查,检查被调查对象的口内和口周黏膜及软组织患口腔黏膜疾病情况。结果在864名受检者当中共检出30例口腔黏膜疾病患者,检出率为3.47%,其中口腔白斑检出率为0.12%,口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)的检出率为0.58%,复发性口腔溃疡的检出率为0.23%,口腔脓肿的检出率为0.81%,其他病变检出率为1.74%。男女相比,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);城乡人口相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论本调查所检出的口腔黏膜疾病中,口腔脓肿最为常见,65～74岁人群中黏膜病患病率高于35～44岁、55～64岁人群。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore oral mucosal disease among middle-aged and elderly people in Guangdong province to provide information support for and provide oral health care in Guangdong province. Methods An equal-sized cross-sectional randomly sampling method was carried out among 288 urban and ruralresidents in Guangdong province, half male and half female, aged among 35-44 years old, 55-64 years old and 65-74 years old. Oral mucosal diseases of Intraoral and perioral mucosa and soft tissue were examined according to the standard and method in the fourth national oral health epidemiology survey. Results There were 30 people with oral mucosal diseases among 864 subjects and the detection rate was 3.47%. Of which, detection rate of oral leukoplakia, oral lichen planus(OLP), recurrent oral ulcer, oral abscess and other oral mucosal diseases were respectively 0.12%, 0.58%, 0.23%, 0.81% and 1.74%. There was statistical difference between males and females(P < 0.05). There was no statistical difference in urban and rural population(P > 0.05). Conclusion Of all oral mucosal disease detected in the survey, oral abscess is the most common. Prevalence of oral mucosal disease in 65-74 years old population is higher than that in the 35-44 years old and 55-64 years old population.更多还原
