【摘要】 目的研究二甲双胍辅助治疗对NAFLD患者肝纤维化和胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法选取我院从2016年1月～2017年8月100例非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组50例,给予单纯多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗;观察组50例,给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合二甲双胍治疗。治疗12周后,比较两组患者肝纤维化程度和胰岛素抵抗情况。结果观察组患者的各项肝纤维化指标HA、LN-C、IV-C、PCⅢ等指标水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患者治疗前胰岛素抵抗稳态指数差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组胰岛素抵抗稳态指数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患者在治疗期间无明显不良反应。结论二甲双胍辅助治疗可明显缓解NAFLD患者的肝纤维化程度,改善NAFLD患者胰岛素抵抗程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of metformin adjuvant therapy on liver fibrosis and insulin resistance in patients with NAFLD. Methods One hundred patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2017 were selected,and divided into two groups according to the random number table, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine alone, the observation group was treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine combined with metformin. After 12 weeks of treatment, the hepatic fibrosis degree and insulin resistance were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of liver fibrosis index including HA, LN-C, IV-C, and PCIII in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the steady state index of insulin resistance between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05), and after treatmented, the steady state index of insulin resistance in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). There was no significant adverse reaction during treatment between the two groups. Conclusion Metformin adjuvant therapy can significantly alleviate the degree of hepatic fibrosis in NAFLD patients and improve the insulin resistance in patients with NAFLD.更多还原
