儿童病毒性脑炎121例脑电图分析
Analysis of electroencephalogram in 121 children with viral encephalitis
【摘要】 目的探讨病毒性脑炎常规脑电图特征,为临床医生进一步了解病毒性脑炎脑电图各项指标特征,更准确的诊断病毒性脑炎提供帮助。方法收集我院2013年1月~2016年9月确诊为病毒性脑炎的121例住院患儿的脑电图资料,同时收集同年龄正常脑电图做为对照。按照脑电图发育特点分为3岁组、4岁组、5~6岁组、7~9岁组、10~14岁组,对病毒性脑炎组和正常组进行统计对比,获取病毒性脑炎常规脑电图特征。结果通过对不同年龄阶段病毒性脑炎患儿和同年龄段正常儿童的脑电图特征进行对比,我们发现各年龄段病毒性脑炎患儿脑电图均表现为调节调幅差、慢波增多、慢波呈阵发性出现、脑电图结论异常。多数年龄段慢波波幅表现为高波幅和极高波幅。部分年龄段出现基本节律慢化。结论在病毒性脑炎的诊断中,除脑电图结论异常外,调节调幅差、慢波增多并呈阵发性出现同样具有辅助诊断的意义。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the characteristics of viral encephalitis in conventional electroencephalogram(EEG),to provide help for clinicians to understand various indicators’ characteristics of viral encephalitis EEG and provide more accurate diagnosis of viral encephalitis. Methods One hundred and twenty-one hospitalized children’s EEG data were collected who were diagnosed as viral encephalitis in our hospital from September 2013 to January 2016.At the same time,the normal EEG of the same age was collected as control.According to the characteristics of EEG development,they were divided into 3 year group,4 year old group,5-6 year old group,7-9 year old group and 10-14 year old group.Statistical comparisons were made between viral encephalitis group and normal group to obtain routine EEG characteristics of viral encephalitis. Results By comparing the EEG features of children with viral encephalitis at different ages and normal children of the same age,We found that children with viral encephalitis of all ages showed signs of poor amplitude modulation,slow wave increase,slow wave paroxysmal appearance and abnormal EEG findings.The slow wave amplitude of most ages was characterized by high amplitude and very high amplitude.The basic rhythm is moderated in some age groups. Conclusion In the diagnosis of viral encephalitis,in addition to the abnormal EEG findings,the poor amplitudemodulation,slow wave increased and paroxysmal appearance also have the significance of auxiliary diagnosis.
