【摘要】 目的探究妇科肿瘤化疗患者症状体验与自我管理效能感之间的相关性。方法选取2014年10月~2016年10月在我院妇科接受化疗的妇科肿瘤患者60例为研究对象,分别采用中文版癌症自我管理效能感量表(SUPPH)及多维度疲劳测评量表(MFI)对患者在接受化疗期间的自我管理效能感水平和症状体验进行问卷调查,采用Pearson相关性分析研究二者之间的相关性。结果妇科肿瘤化疗患者自我管理效能感总体量表得分均值为(78.36±11.54)分,总体及各维度均分处于中等水平;症状体验总体均分为(62.39±10.78)分;患者症状体验总体得分与自我管理效能感总得分呈明显的负相关(r=-0.736,P=0.000)。结论妇科肿瘤化疗患者症状体验与自我管理效能感呈明显负相关,临床护理过程中应注重提升患者自我管理效能感水平,改善患者的护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between between symptom experience and self-management efficacy in gynecologic cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods Sixty gynecological cancer patients underwent chemotherapy in gynaecology department of our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected and were investigated by Chinese version of Self-Management Cancer Self-Management Effectiveness Scale(SUPPH) and Multi-Dimensional Fatigue Assessment Scale(MFI). The correlation between the two indicators were analyzed by Pearson Correlation Analysis. Results The mean value of self-management efficacy of the patients was(78.36±11.54) points, with a moderate score in overall and each dimension; The average symptom score was(62.39±10.78) points; There was a significant negative correlation between the overall score of symptom experience and total score of self-management efficacy(r=-0.736, P=0.000). Conclusion There was a significant negative correlation between chemotherapy symptoms and self-management efficacy in patients with gynecologic cancer, and clinical nursing process should focus on improving the level of self-management efficacy.更多还原
