【摘要】 目的探讨治疗20~30m L手术临界值高血压脑出血治疗方式,比较疗效,提供临床参考。方法将56例高血压脑出血分为手术组与保守治疗组,手术组采用钻孔引流术,保守组单纯药物治疗,评价患者治疗后意识改善状况,及30~90d的死亡率及神经功能恢复情况。结果在治疗后3d,手术组39例患者中35例意识状态明显改善,保守治疗组17例中1例明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后7d,手术组37例意识状态明显改善,保守治疗组16例明显改善,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的30d后死亡率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗90d后的神经功能恢复情况无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 20~30m L手术临界值脑出血,早期进行微创手术治疗可获得满意效果,保守治疗与手术治疗的远期效果相当。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with critical value of 20-30 m L operation,compare the curative effect, and provide clinical reference. Methods Fifty-six cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided into the operation group and the conservative treatment group. The operation group was treated by drilling and drainage, and the conservative group was treated with pure drug. The improvement of the consciousness after treatment and the 30-90 days mortality and the recovery of nerve function were evaluated. Results After 3 days of treatment,35 of the 39 patients in the operation group improved obviously,and 1 of the 17 patients in the conservative treatment group improved significantly(P < 0.05).On the 7 day after treatment,37 cases in the operation group were significantly improved in consciousness,and 16 cases in the conservative treatment group were significantly improved,with no significant difference(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in mortality between the two groups after 30 days.There was no significant difference in the recovery of neurological function between the two groups after 90 days(P > 0.05). Conclusion 20-30 m L critical value of cerebral hemorrhage,early minimally invasive surgery can achieve satisfactory results,conservative treatment and surgical treatment of long-term effect is equivalent.更多还原
