【摘要】 目的探讨改良Pfannenstiel切口在腹股沟嵌顿疝修补中的应用价值。方法选取2015年6月~2016年12月期间我院收治的腹股沟嵌顿疝82例患者作为研究对象,回顾分析其临床资料,按照手术方式不同展开分组,对照组40例进行传统腹股沟斜切口,研究组42例患者采用改良Pfannenstiel切口。结果两组患者在手术时间、术后通气时间等指标上对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组切口愈合情况、并发症、复发率对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论改良Pfannenstiel切口治疗腹股沟嵌顿疝的操作简便,安全,效果确切,术后恢复快,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of modified Pfannenstiel incision in repair of inguinal incarcerated hernia. Methods Eighty-two cases of inguinal incarcerated hernia who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research subjects. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into groups according to different methods of operation. 40 patients in the control group were treated with conventional inguinal oblique incision, and 42 patients in the study group were treated with modified Pfannenstiel incision. Results There were significant differences in operation time and postoperative ventilation time between the two groups(P < 0.05), and there were significant differences in the wound healing, complications and recurrence rate in the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion The modified Pfannenstiel incision in the treatment of inguinal incarcerated hernia is simple, safe, effective and quick recovery. It is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
