【摘要】 目的探讨使用改良乳腺癌根治术治疗对乳腺癌患者并发症的影响。方法选取我院2014年9月~2017年9月期间收治的乳腺癌患者共计80例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,对照组实施乳房切除术治疗,研究组实施改良乳腺癌根治术治疗,对比分析两组患者生活质量、治疗效果、并发症发生率。结果在生活质量对比中,研究组患者术后在心理功能、身体健康、社会功能、疼痛情况、情感功能、生理功能等生活质量均优于参照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗效果对比中,研究组患者治疗总有效率为95%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为70%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在并发症对比中,研究组患者并发症发生率为10%,对照组患者并发症发生率为40%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良乳腺癌根治术能够有效治疗乳腺癌患者,减少并发症发生几率,可在临床中广泛使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of modified radical mastectomy on complications of patients with breast cancer. Methods A total of 80 breast cancer patients from September 2014 to September 2017 in our hospital were selected and divided into study group and reference group according to random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with mastectomy,and the patients in the study group were treated with modified radical mastectomy.The quality of life,the therapeutic effect and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results In the comparison of quality of life,the quality of life of the patients in the study group was better than that in the reference group in terms of psychological function,physical health,social function,pain,emotional function and physiological function after operation,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of treatment was 95% in the study group and 70% in the reference group(P < 0.05).The incidence of complications was 10% in the study group and 40% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Modified radical mastectomy can effectively treat breast cancer patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and can be widely used in clinical practice.更多还原
