【摘要】 目的分析三种不同手术方式应用于精索静脉曲张治疗的临床效果。方法选取193例我院2013年1月~2017年7月收治的精索静脉曲张患者,根据手术方式不同,分为开放手术组(60例)、腹腔镜手术组(120例)和显微镜手术组(13例),观察比较三组治疗的手术时间、住院时间、并发症以及精液质量等情况。结果显微镜手术组的手术时间显著高于开放手术组和腹腔镜手术组,但住院时间短于另外两组(P<0.05)。显微镜手术组并发症发生率为7.69%,开放手术与腹腔镜手术组并发症发生率为21.67%和17.5%,均显著高于显微镜手术组(P<0.05)。显微镜手术组治疗后精子密度为(27.8±3.9)×10~6/m L,精子活力为(48.1±5.2)%,与开放手术、腹腔镜手术组比较均显著较优(P<0.05)。结论三种手术方式在精索静脉曲张治疗中均具有较好疗效,但显微镜术手术治疗的住院时间更短、并发症更少,精液质量更高,更有助于患者术后恢复,可加强应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to analyze the clinical efficacy of three surgical methods in patients with varicocele. Methods One hundred and ninety-three cases of varicocele treated in our hospital from January 2013 to July 2017 were divided into open operation group(n=60),laparoscopic operation group(n=120) and microscope group(n=13).The operative time,hospitalization time,complications and semen quality of the three groups were observed and compared. Results The operative time of the microscope group was significantly longer than that of the open operation group and the laparoscopic operation group,but the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the other two groups(P < 0.05).The complication rate in microscope surgery group was 7.69%.The incidence of complications in open surgery group and laparoscopy group was 21.67% and 17.5%, which were significantly higher than those in microscope surgery group(P < 0.05).The sperm density was(27.8 ±3.9)×106/m L and sperm motility was(48.1±5.2)% in the microscope operation group.Compared with the open operation group,the sperm density in the laparoscopic operation group was significantly better than that in the laparoscopic operation group(P < 0.05). Conclusion All the three surgical methods have good curative effect in the treatment of varicocele, but microsurgery has shorter hospitalization time,fewer complications and higher semen quality,which is more helpful to the recovery of patients after operation and can be strengthened.更多还原
