【摘要】 目的观察三氧水坐浴治疗痔疮术后疼痛及创面修复的作用。方法选取我院肛肠科2016年7月~2017年9月18~60岁的痔疮术后患者140例。随机分成两组:三氧组70例,采用三氧水坐浴治疗;对照组70例,采用高锰酸钾坐浴治疗,观察两组患者术后疼痛及创面修复情况。结果两组140例患者在第2、4、6天疼痛、水肿、渗液情况如下。第2天,三氧组:(2.16±0.36)、(2.11±0.31)、(4.36±0.89)分。对照组:(2.33±0.47)、(2.21±0.41)、(4.66±0.93)分。第4天,三氧组:(1.14±0.35)、(1.11±0.31)、(1.59±0.93)分。对照组:(1.36±0.47)、(1.29±0.45)、(2.41±0.93)分。第6天,三氧组:(0.00±0.00)、(0.00±0.00)、(0.06±0.23)分。对照组(0.00±0.00)、(0.00±0.00)、(0.13±0.33)分。两组患者治疗结果:三氧组显效66例,病情好转4例;对照组:显效61例,病情好转9例。患者的显效率:三氧组为94.28%,对照组为87.14%,显效率三氧组比对照组高7.14%,表明三氧组治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论三氧水坐浴治疗痔疮术后疼痛及创面修复作用明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of three oxygen water bath on postoperative pain and wound repair of hemorrhoids. Methods 140 cases of hemorrhoids aged 18-60 years old from July 2016 to September 2017 in our department of anorectal were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,70 cases of trioxygen group were treated with trioxygen bath.70 cases in control group were treated with potassium permanganate bath, The postoperative pain and wound repair were observed in the two groups. Results The two groups of 140 patients with second, fourth, sixth days of pain,edema,and fluid infiltration were as follows: second days: three oxygen group:(2.16±0.36),(2.11±0.31),(4.36±0.89).The control group was(2.33±0.47),(2.21±0.41) and(4.66±0.93).Fourth days: three oxygen g roup:(1.14±0.35),(1.11±0.31),(1.59±0.93).The control group was(1.36±0.47),(1.29±0.45) and(2.41±0.93).Sixth days: three oxygen group:(0.00±0.00),(0.00±0.00),(0.06±0.23).The control group was(0.00±0.00),(0.00±0.00) and(0.13±0.33).The treatment results of the two groups were as follows: three oxygen group:66 cases were markedly effective and 4 cases were improved. The control group:61 cases were markedly effective and 9 cases were improved.The effective rate of the patients: three oxygen group was 94.28%,the control group was 87.14%,the effective rate of three oxygen group was 7.14% higher than the control group. Conclusion The effect of three oxygen water bath on postoperative pain and wound repair of hemorrhoids is obvious.更多还原
