【摘要】 目的探讨综合护理干预对静脉留置针并发症的影响。方法选取2016年1月~2017年1月我院收治的静脉留置针穿刺患者400例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组200例,观察组患者采用综合护理干预方式,对照组患者采用常规护理方式,对比分析两组患者静脉留置针并发症的发生率。结果两组患者在并发症发生率的对比、静脉留置针时间及满意度评分比较中,其观察组数据优于对照组数据,两组患者差具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过综合护理干预对静脉留置针,能够有效地降低留置针并发症的出现率;并且还能不断的提升责任护士的护理水平,建立良好的护患关系,促进医院整体护理水平的提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of of comprehensive nursing intervention on complications of venous indwelling needle. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,400 cases of venous indwelling needle puncture in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,200 cases in each group.The patients of observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention,the patients of control group were treated with routine nursing care,the incidence of complications in patients with venous indwelling needle of two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications,the time of venous indwelling needle and the score of satisfaction in the observation group were superior than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Through comprehensive nursing intervention for venous indwelling needle,we can effectively reduce the incidence of complications of the indwelling needle, and constantly improve the nursing level of the responsible nurses,establish a good relationship between nurses and patients,and promote the improvement of the holistic nursing level of the hospital.更多还原
