基于机器视觉的八音琴机芯音筒凸点母线检测
Detection on Machine Vision-Based Serinette Sound Tube Bus Bar of Convex Points
【摘要】 八音琴结构中音片和音筒的重叠程度直接决定了八音琴奏响音乐的音质好坏。根据音筒自身的特点,提出了一种动态检测音筒凸点最外表面母线的分析方法,基于机器视觉技术,通过图像处理的手段标记出凸点质心坐标,并利用直线拟合的方法提取出音筒凸点最外沿母线。在该检测方法的基础上,提出了一种自我验证方法。
【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of the sound tube,a method is proposed for analyzing the dynamic detection of the line fitted from convex points on the surface of sound tube in this paper.A set of images processing scheme is designed to obtain the fitted line based on machine vision.By processing values in gray images and scanning,the line that fitted from convex point on the sound tube is extracted.On the basis of this detection method,a self-verification method is proposed.
