【Abstract】 A system for capacitor leakage current measurement based on polarization high voltage source and current measure module is proposed in this paper.The high voltage source can provide constant current charging and constant current or constant power discharging function.The current measurement module can detect weak current.Simultaneously,the stability of high voltage source with large capacitance load and the problem existing in the weak current measurement are studied,the solution are proposed in this paper.更多还原
