3D打印嵌入式工业控制系统硬件设计

【摘要】 采用工业PC结合嵌入式处理器与自研专用集成电路的控制结构,提出一种3D打印控制系统硬件电路的实现方法。根据3D打印的工艺特点与加工要求,采用高性能32位嵌入式处理器,实现了上下位机数据的高速串行通信、液晶屏控制等电路;通过FPGA自制专用集成电路,实现了打印扫描控制、丝温温度采集与驱动控制等功能。系统测试表明:所完成的打印控制电路能够有效满足3D打印工艺的实际需求,同时具备较高的可靠性、集成度与实时性。

【Abstract】 Machining requirements and character are analyzed,and a typical structure for 3 D printing control system is suggested with industrial PC,embedded microcontroller and self-developed ASIC.Then,a high performance 32-bit embedded microprocessor is programmed to realize the high speed serial communication,liquid crystal display control,and a FPGA based self-developed ASIC is developed to control the scanning motion,temperature acquiring of the printing thread,thread jetting motion,etc.,a 3 D printing controller with above structure is achieved in this paper.Machining tests indicate that with the controller developed,the machining requirements can be fulfilled with higher reliability,integrity and better performance of real-time,compare to other 3 D systems.
