【Abstract】 Canada Medical Education Direction System(CanMEDS)is a framework to evaluate physicians’ ability informed by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.The framework demonstrated/pointed out the essential abilities for physicians,which were finally concluded as seven roles in the ability framework.These seven roles basically accommodated to the new demands for the physicians’ ability according to the transaction of medical modes and the development of medical practice.CanMEDS 2015 emphasized on the overall coherence of the framework,and on better understanding for the description and definition of the roles.We hope,with CanMEDS competence framework standard,the quality of clinical medical talent cultivation will be improved significantly.更多还原
