透水混凝土透水性影响因素的正交试验研究

【摘要】 透水性是透水混凝土最重要的性能指标之一。以级配、集灰比、水胶比、纤维掺量与粉煤灰掺量等五因素为变量,各个因素选四个水平,设计五因素四水平的L16(45)正交试验,测定标准养护试件28d的混凝土透水系数。通过极差和方差分析,得出各因素的影响程度排序为:级配A>集灰比B>纤维掺量D>粉煤灰掺量E>水胶比C,最佳配合比为A3B3C3D1E2或A3B3C3D1E3,为透水混凝土配合比设计提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 Water permeability is one of the most important performance indicators of permeable concrete. Based on the four levels of each factor such as gradation, aggregate-to-cement ratio, water-to-binder ratio, fiber content and fly ash content, five factors and four levels of L16(45) orthogonal test is designed to determine the 28 d permeability coefficients of standard maintenance specimens. Through the analysis of range and variance, the order of various influencing factors is: the factors of gradation A > aggregateto-cement ratio B > fiber content D > fly ash content E> water-to-binder ratio C, and the best mix ratio is A3 B3 C3 D1 E2 or A3 B3 C3 D1 E3, which provided a reference for the design of mix ratio of permeable concretes.
