低噪声注胶换位电磁线空心电抗器研究
Research of Low Noise Glue-injected Transposition Magnet Wire Air-core Reactor
【摘要】 干式空心电抗器的噪声是变电站的主要噪声源之一,文中从干式空心电抗器的结构出发,分析其产生噪声的原因主要为导线在通过工频或倍频电流时产生振动。文中通过研发一种注胶电磁线,用绝缘胶代替导线间的空气间隙,可给导线之间的振动提供一个缓冲,从源头降低电抗器运行时的噪声。文中介绍了注胶电磁线的结构与填充胶的性能指标,并用该注胶电磁线制作了一台干式空心电抗器样机,对其进行了噪声测试,验证了此种导线对降低电抗器噪声的作用。
【Abstract】 The noise of the dry type air-core reactor is one of the main noise sources of the substation,this paper base on the structure of dry-type air-core reactor,and analysis of the main reason for the noise generated by the line frequency or frequency current through the vibration.In this paper,we developed a kind of glue-injected magnet wire instead of the air gap between the wires,which can provide a buffer for the vibration between the wires and reduce the noise when the reactor is running.In this paper,the structure and the performance of the filling glue are introduced.A prototype of the dry-type air-core reactor is fabricated with this kind of wire.The noise test is carried out to verify the effect of the wire on the reactor noise.
