油阻尼断路器整体耦合模型特性分析及优化
Characteristic Analysis and Optimization of Integrated Coupled Model of Circuit Breaker with Oil Dashpot
【摘要】 改进了以往采用分离模型研究油阻尼断路器的方法,建立了油阻尼断路器的机—电—磁—流整体耦合模型,利用ADAMS分析了油阻尼断路器在不同电流条件下的动态特性,并通过实验验证了仿真模型的有效性。在此基础上以增大油阻尼断路器平均分断速度为目标,对模型进行参数化建模,对静触头的X、Y坐标,动触头臂处的扭簧刚度和初始力4个变量进行设计分析,得到每个变量单独变化时的断路器平均分断速度以及每个变量对分断速度的敏感度,然后利用优化分析功能对断路器分断速度影响较大的3个变量进行优化,计算3个变量在取值范围内不同数值时的分断速度,最后得到能达到的最大分断速度以及此时的变量值,从而提高了断路器的分断平均速度,优化了机构的分断能力。
【Abstract】 To improve the research method of circuit breaker with oil dashpot with separation model,the integratedmodel coupled with machine-electric-magnetic-flow of circuit breaker with oil dashpot is established. The dynamiccharacteristics of circuit breaker with oil dashpot under different current conditions are analyzed by ADAMS,andthe validity of the simulation model is verified by experiments. In order to increase the average breaking speed of thecircuit breaker with oil dashpot,the model is parameterized,and four variables are designed and analyzed,includ-ing the X,Y coordinates of the static contact,the spring stiffness at dynamic contact arm and the initial force. The av-erage breaking speed and the sensitivity can be measured when each separate variable changes. Then optimizing thethree most influential variables to the breaking speed using the optimization function,calculating the breaking speedwhen the three variables are in different values in their own range. Finally,the maximum breaking speed and the val-ues of the variables are available,thus the breaking speed of circuit breaker has been improved and the breaking ca-pacity of mechanism has been optimized.
