【Abstract】 Translator selection is essential for Chinese literature translating.This paper analyses three translation modes,their strengths and weaknesses,as well as optimization thereof.It proposes five new modes of translator selection and suggests that,besides optimizing the translation modes,the authorities shall invest more efforts in translator training and reform the existing training mode.更多还原
