子宫内膜异位症患者血清和腹腔液内层黏连蛋白水平及临床意义
Clinical observation of the expression of laminin in serum and peritoneal fluid in patients with endometriosis
【摘要】 目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症(EMS)患者血清和腹腔液内层黏连蛋白(LN)水平及临床意义。方法:采用2016年1月至2018年1月在河北省廊坊市人民医院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的96例EMS患者为观察组,另选取同期在本院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的非EMS患者48例为对照组。采用磁微粒化学发光法检测两组患者血清和腹腔液LN水平。比较观察组不同临床分期及发病部位的LN水平,并分析血清LN与腹腔液LN的相关性。结果:观察组血清和腹腔液LN水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组增生期及分泌期血清和腹腔液LN水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组组内增生期与分泌期血清和腹腔液LN水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组Ⅰ~Ⅱ期血清和腹腔液LN水平均显著低于Ⅲ~Ⅳ期(P<0.05)。观察组单侧与双侧卵巢囊肿患者之间血清和腹腔液LN水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,EMS患者血清LN水平与腹腔液LN水平呈正相关关系(r=0.755,P=0.000)。结论:EMS患者血清及腹腔液中的LN水平较高,LN可能在EMS的发生和发展过程中起到重要作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of laminin(LN)in serum and peritoneal fluid in patients with endometriosis(EMS).Methods:A total of 96 EMS patients(observation group)and48 non-EMS patients(control group)who received laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled in this study.The LN level in serum or peritoneal fluid was detected by magnetic particle chemiluminescence.The correlation between serum level and peritoneal fluid level of LN was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.The LN levels among different clinical stages and diseased sites of EMS patients were compared.Results:The LN level in serum or peritoneal fluid in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and it was higher during proliferative and secretory phases(P<0.05).But no significant difference between proliferative LN level and secretory phase LN level in the observation group or the control group(P>0.05).Patients with stageⅠandⅡ EMS had markedly higher serum and peritoneal fluid levels of LN than those with Ⅲ and Ⅳ EMS(P<0.05).The LN level in EMS patients with unilateral and bilateral ovarian cyst was similar(P>0.05).The serum LN level was positive correlated with peritoneal fluid level of LN in EMS patients(r=0.755,P=0.000).Conclusion:Patients with EMS had high level of LN in serum and peritoneal fluid.LN may play an important role in the occurrence and development of EMS.
