大数据驱动下高校图书馆员数据技能分级培育模式研究
Research on the Grading Cultivation Model of University Librarians’ Data Skills Based on Large Data Driven
【摘要】 文章首先阐述了大数据环境下数据馆员应具备的数据技能,然后结合国内外数据技能及素养教育现状,提出大数据驱动下高校图书馆应采用数据技能分级培育模式,即通识培育模式、专项培育模式及拓展培育模式,并采取相应的评估及检验措施,以提高大数据环境下数据馆员的管理水平和服务能力,这是高校图书馆积极融入学术交流与大数据环境的战略选择。
【Abstract】 This paper first elaborates the data skills of the data librarians in the large data environment from the perspective of the post responsibility and the main functions of the university librarians,and then combining with the present situation of domestic and foreign data skills and literacy education,proposes that the university library should adopt the data skill grading cultivation mode under the big data environment,namely,the general education mode,the special cultivation mode and the development mode,and take corresponding evaluation and inspection measures to improve the management level and service ability of the data librarians in the large data environment,This is the strategic choice of university library to actively integrate into academic exchange and large data environment.
