【Abstract】 Mei Wending was a distinguished scholar in astronomy and mathematics in Early Qing Dynasty.His letters from 300 years ago were highly valued by Subsequent scholars.This paper analyzes the two letters from Mei Wending to Qin Ernan in Mei Wending’s work of JiXue Tang Shi Wen Chao(爯绩学堂诗文钞爲,1757),and conducts research of the astronomy and mathematics works,social and academic circles mentioned in the letters.It comes to the conclusion that Qin Ernan might be the Qin Daoran,a scholar in Qing Dynasty.This paper makes further textual research,and focus on the relationship between Li Guangdi and Mei Wending,Yang Zuomei,Qin Daoran.It reveals the relevant academic background.更多还原
