3,5-二(4-甲氧基苯基)-4,6-二(羰基吡啶基)-1-(2-吡啶基)环己烯的合成
Synthesis and properties of 3,5-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)-4,6-bis(carbonylpyridyl)-1-(2-pyridyl) cyclohexene
【摘要】 为了进一步研究吡啶类化合物的晶体结构和固体及溶液的荧光性质,利用对甲氧基苯甲醛和2-乙酰吡啶为原料合成得到了3,5-二(4-甲氧基苯基)-4,6-二(羰基吡啶基)-1-(2-吡啶基)环己烯(C37H31N3O4,1),通过红外光谱、核磁氢谱和元素分析对其进行了表征。化合物(1)晶体结构属于单斜(Monoclinic)晶系,空间群为C2/c,晶胞参数为a=2. 941 61(6) nm,b=1. 115 04(2) nm,c=2. 193 15(5) nm,α=γ=90°,β=121. 863(2)°,V=6. 109 6(2) nm~3,分子内氢键是分子堆积的主要作用力。化合物1在室温条件下的固体荧光的激发波长为300 nm,最大发射波长为484 nm,并在531、579 nm等多处出现了发射峰,在DMF中的液体荧光的激发波长为315 nm,最大发射波长为370 nm,并且只存在一个发射峰,与固体荧光性质有很大差异,说明溶剂效应对化合物的荧光有较大的影响。
【Abstract】 For the purpose to gain further research on the crystal structure and solid & liquidfluorescence of pyridyl-compounds,the compound 3,5-di(4-methoxy phenyl)-4,6-di(carbonyl pyridyl)-1-(2-pyridyl) cyclohexene(1) was synthesized by the reaction between the p-methoxy benzaldehydes and 2-acetylpyredine,the obtained compound was characterized by IR,1 H NMR and elemental analysis. Its crystal structure was determined and the result shows that it belongs to monoclinic crystal system,with space group P-1. Crystallographic data: a = 2. 941 61(6) nm,b =1. 115 04(2) nm,c = 2. 193 15(5) nm,α = γ = 90°,β = 121. 863(2) °,V = 6.109 6(2) nm~3. The intramolecular hydrogen bonds are the main force of the molecule accumulation. At room temperature,the excitation wavelength of compound 1 for the solid fluorescence is at 300 nm and themaximum emission wavelength is 484 nm. Other emission peaks appear at 531 nm,579 nm etc.When exited at 315 nm for the solution fluorescence in DMF,there is only one emission peak and the maximum emission wavelength is 370 nm,which is quite different from the solid fluorescence property,indicating that the solvent effect has a great influence on the fluorescence of the compound.
