球头铣刀铣削的虚拟仿真及其切削参数优化算法研究

【摘要】 为了深入分析在不同切削环境下球头铣刀的应力变化及刀具变形问题,借助对刀刃的离散化处理及其切削力模型分析,建立了平均铣削力模型,并对单切削因素下的刀具变形与应力变化进行仿真分析,最后建立遗传算法得到了球头刀具铣削加工参数的优化途径。研究结果表明基于离散化处理的切削力模型,有利于球头铣刀加工过程的深入分析,并为后续的加工参数优化与实验验证提供有效的思路。

【Abstract】 In order to deeply analyze the stress variation and tool deformation of ball-end milling cutter under different cutting environments,in this paper,the discretization of the blade and its cutting force model are used to establish the average milling force model,and the simulation analysis of tool deformation and stress variation under single cutting factor is also given based on the model.Finally,an optimization method for the milling parameters of the ball-end tool is obtained by using the genetic algorithm. The results show that the cutting force model based on discretization can improve the deep analysis of machining process of ball-end milling cutter,and provide the effective way for the optimization of machining parameters and the experimental verification.
