To simulate the catalytic cavity of Cytochrome P-450 enzyme,graphene oxide( GO) was prepared by modified Hummers method, and used for supportingmanganesetetrakis( pcarboxylphenyl) porphyrin( Mn TCPP Cl) by π-π and coordination interactions,forminggraphene oxide-supported metalloporphyrin.
