钛合金TC21铣削切削力预测实验研究
Experimental Research on Cutting Force Prediction Model of Titanium Alloy TC21
【摘要】 基于正交试验,针对钛合金TC21难加工性,研究了铣削工艺参数切削速度、每齿进给、轴向切深和径向切深对切削力的影响规律;借助数理统计和回归分析实验理论和方法,建立了钛合金TC21切削力的预测模型,并对该模型及回归系数进行显著性检验。研究表明,在高速铣削TC21钛合金过程中,切削力随切削速度的增大而减小,随每齿进给、轴向切深、径向切深的增大而增大;切削深度、每齿进给量对切削力的影响较大,切削速度和径向切深对切削力的影响不显著;经切削验证,建立的切削力预测模型是高度显著的。
【Abstract】 Based on orthogonal experiment,the influence of milling parameters such as cutting speed,feed per tooth,axial cutting depth and radial cutting depth on cutting force of titanium alloy TC21 was studied,and the prediction model of cutting force of titanium alloy TC21 was established by means of mathematical statistics and regression analysis theory and method. The coefficient was tested for significance. The results show that in the process of high speed milling TC21 titanium alloy,the cutting force decreases with the increase of cutting speed and increases with the increase of feed per tooth,axial cutting depth and radial cutting depth. The cutting depth and feed per tooth have a great influence on cutting force,while the cutting speed and width have no significant influence on cutting force. The cutting force prediction model is highly significant.
