基于阻尼振动的轴承摩擦力矩测量方法

【摘要】 论述了一种基于阻尼振动的轴承摩擦力矩的测量原理,提出了轴承摩擦力矩测量算法及实现,通过分析采集到的数据中摆锤第一次和最后一次摆至左侧的最大角度特性,利用能量守恒定律变换得到轴承摩擦力矩的关系特性。使用专用轴承测设备,进行了大量试验测试进行分析验证,通过试验验证该方法的可行性,分析结果表明测试结果与计算得出的结果基本吻合,对高精度系统所用球轴承的技术发展起到一定的促进作用。

【Abstract】 The measurement principle of bearing friction torque based on damped vibration is discussed. The algorithm and implementation of bearing friction torque measurement are proposed. By analyzing the maximum angle characteristics of the first and last pendulum to the left side of the collected data,the utilization is utilized. The law of conservation of energy is transformed to obtain the relationship characteristic of bearing friction torque. Using a special bearing testing equipment,a large number of test tests were carried out for analysis and verification.The feasibility of the method was verified by experiments. The analysis results show that the test results are basically consistent with the calculated results,and the technical development of the ball bearings used in high-precision systems is played. Certain promotion.
