一种电动清洁小车的设计及动力学分析

【摘要】 针对目前大型商场、体育场馆等区域无法采用传统的清洁车进行保洁工作,而人工保洁的方式成本高、效率低的现状,提出一种电动清洁小车对上述区域进行自动高效保洁。研究了实现自动保洁的工作原理,设计了小车的传动机构、清扫机构、洒水吸尘机构等,对这些主要机构进行了功能分析,然后对样机进行了干涉检查及有限元分析,在ADAMS中建立了小车的动力学模型,对不同工况下的小车动力学性能进行了仿真分析,基于分析结果确定了小车对驱动系统的要求,为驱动系统的设计及驱动元件的选型提供了依据。提出的电动清洁小车可有效地降低保洁成本,提高保洁效率,所采用的设计分析方法为产品研发提供了一种新思路。

【Abstract】 Conventional cleaning cars cannot work in major shopping malls,stadiums and other narrow public areas where the current cleaning labor is high cost and low efficient. The automatic cleaning principle of the pedicab was studied and the transmission,cleaning,watering and vacuum mechanisms were designed. Then these mainly functional mechanisms were analyzed with the ways of interference checking and finite element analysis. The dynamic model of the pedicab was established in ADAMS. The dynamic performance under different conditions of the pedicab was simulated. And based on the simulation results the requirements of the pedicab’s drive system were determined which provided a basis for the selection and design of the drive system. The electric cleaning pedicab proposed in this paper can effectively reduce cleaning costs and improve cleaning efficiency,and the design and analysis methods also provides a new idea for product development.
