烟气脱硫脱硝一体化技术实验研究
Experimental Study on Integrated Technology of Flue Gas Desulfurization and Denitrification
【摘要】 自制中试规模的双级串联填料塔,以臭氧(O3)作为氧化剂,对尿素溶液吸收二氧化硫和氮氧化物的工艺条件进行了实验研究。分析了尿素脱硫脱硝的机理,考察了液体流量、停留时间、臭氧使用量、pH等因素对SO2和NOx脱除率的影响。实验结果表明,当液体流量0.8 m3×h-1、停留时间40 s、尿素溶液质量分数20%、吸收温度50℃、n(O3):n(NO)=1:1、pH为7时,SO2的脱除率接近100%,NOx的脱除率可达到87.02%。在本一体化烟气脱硫脱硝过程中烟气中SO2对脱硝效果有协同作用。
【Abstract】 Absorption of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides with urea solution was studied in a pilot scale double stage tandem packing tower using O3 as the oxidant, and the mechanism of desulfurization and denitrification was analyzed. Effects of liquid flow rate, residence time, ozone dosage and pH on SO2 and NOx removal rates were investigated. The results show that when studied under conditions of liquid flow rate = 0.8 m3×h-1, residence time = 40 s, mass fraction of urea solution = 20%, absorption temperature = 50℃, n(O3):n(NO) = 1:1 and p H = 7, the SO2 and NOx removal rates are close to 100% and 87.02%, respectively. Moreover, SO2 is found to show synergistic effects on denitrification during flue gas desulfurization and denitrification.
