B4C陶瓷固-液协同烧结动力学和致密化模型

【摘要】 采用固-液协同烧结方法在不同烧结参数下制备了不同原料配比的B4C陶瓷,研究了烧结温度和烧结时间对其线收缩率的影响、原料配比和烧结温度对表观活化能的影响;进行了固-液协同烧结动力学分析,建立了综合考虑烧结温度、烧结时间、原料配比、压坯密度的固-液协同烧结致密化模型并进行了精度分析。结果表明:固-液协同烧结致密化模型烧结密度预测值和烧结密度试验值之间具有较高的正相关性,且两者的平均相对误差绝对值小于20%,该模型能很好地描述B4C陶瓷固-液协同烧结过程中烧结密度与烧结时间、烧结温度、原料配比的关系。

【Abstract】 B4C ceramics with different raw powder ratios were prepared by solid-liquid synergistic sintering with different sintering parameters.The influence of sintering temperature and sintering time on the linear shrinkage of B4C ceramic was studied.The effect of raw powder ratio and sintering temperature on the apparent activation energy was investigated.The solid-liquid synergistic sintering kinetics was analyzed,and the solid-liquid synergisticsintering densification model established considering the sintering temperature,sintering time,raw powder ratio,and green density.The accuracy of the model was assessed.The results show that there was a strong positive correlation between the sintering density predicted by the sintering densification model and sintering density measured,and the average absolute relative error was less than 20%.The model could predict the relationship well between sintering density and the sintering temperature,sintering time,raw powder ratios in the process of solidliquid synergistic sintering of B4C ceramics.
