言语训练型认知干预联合心理暗示对老年脑卒中失语症患者MMSE,SAS评分的影响
Effects of verbal training,cognitive intervention and psychological cue on MMSE and SAS scores in elderly patients with stroke aphasia
【摘要】 目的研究言语训练型认知干预联合心理暗示对老年脑卒中失语症患者简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE),焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分的影响。方法回顾性分析2015年2月~2017年2月,于我院接受治疗的老年脑卒中失语症患者84例。分成研究组和对照组,每组42例。对照组予以单纯言语训练干预,研究组则在对照组的基础上予以认知干预以及心理暗示。分别对比两组干预前后MMSE、SAS评分、生活质量评分以及满意度情况。结果干预后研究组与对照组的MMSE评分分别为(20.5±3.8)分、(17.6±3.1)分,均明显高于干预前,而研究组又明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。干预后研究组与对照组SAS评分分别为(20.4±5.9)分、(28.6±6.2)分,均明显低于干预前,而研究组又明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。干预后研究组理解、阅读、书写以及复述评分分别为(179.7±22.6)分、(239.5±26.7)分、(278.5±24.1)分、(525.5±31.4)分,均明显高于对照组的(163.5±21.9)分、(205.7±25.1)分、(260.5±22.7)分、(496.5±27.0)分(均P<0.05)。研究组满意度为92.86%(39/42),明显高于对照组的76.19%(32/42)(P<0.05)。结论言语训练型认知干预联合心理暗示应用于老年脑卒中失语症患者中,可有效改善患者的精神功能以及语言功能,缓解焦虑情绪,同时提高满意度。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of verbal training,cognitive intervention and psychological cue on mini-mental state examination(MMSE)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores in elderly patients with aphasia after stroke. Methods A retrospective analysis from February 2015 to February 2017,84 elderly stroke patients with aphasia treated in our hospital. The patients divided into study group and the control group,42 cases in each group. The control group received simple speech training intervention,study group based on the control group to cognitive and psychological intervention the two groups before and after intervention respectively. Compared with MMSE,SAS score,quality of life scores and satisfaction. Results After the intervention,the MMSE scores of the study group and the control group were(20.5±3.8)points,(17.6±3.1)points,all higher than those before the intervention,while the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). After the intervention,the SAS scores of the study group and the control group were(20.4±5.9)points,(28.6±6.2)points,all significantly lower than before the intervention,while the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). The study group after the intervention of understanding,reading,writing and rehearsal scores were(179.7±22.6),(239.5±26.7),(278.5±24.1),(525.5±31.4),were significantly higher than that in the control group(163.5±21.9),(205.7±25.1),(260.5±22.7),(496.5±27.0)(P< 0.05). The satisfaction rate of the study group was 92.86%(39/42),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 76.19%(32/42)(P<0.05). Conclusion Speech training type cognitive intervention combined with psychological suggestion can effectively improve mental function and speech function,relieve anxiety and improve satisfaction in elderly patients with stroke aphasia.
