【摘要】 目的探讨体感音乐疗法联合心理干预对肾癌患者围手术期心理健康和术后康复的影响。方法收集我院收治的肾癌患者80例,将患者随机分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),两组患者均给予常规护理和心理干预,在此基础上观察组术前给予体感音乐疗法,观察两组患者围手术期心理健康和术后康复情况。结果两组患者入院时焦虑自评量表评分(SAS)和抑郁自评量表评分(SDS)均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者术后3天和术后7天SAS和SDS评分均显著下降(P<0.05)。两组患者术前Ang II和CRP均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后24h观察组患者Ang II和CRP显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后肛门排气时间较对照组显著缩短(P=0.034)。结论体感音乐疗法联合心理干预有助于更好地改善肾癌患者围手术期心理健康,加速术后康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of somatosensory music therapy combined with psychological intervention on perioperative mental health and postoperative rehabilitation in patients with renal carcinoma. Methods 80 patients with renal carcinoma in our hospital were prospectively collected and were randomly assigned into an observation group(n=40)or a control group(n=40). The patients in the both groups received psychological intervention. On the basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with somatosensory music therapy before the operation. And the perioperative mental health and postoperative rehabilitation of the both groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)on admission(P>0.05). Compared with the control group,patients in the observation group got more decreasing levels of SAS and SDS scores at 3 days and 7 days after the operation(P<0.05). There were no significant differences between the two groups in AngII and CRP before the operation(P>0.05). Compared with the control group,patients in the observation group got more decreasing levels of AngII and CRP at 24 h after the operation(P<0.05). The postoperative anal exhaust time was significantly shorter in the observation group when compared with the control group(P=0.034). Conclusion Somatosensory music therapy combined with psychological intervention is more helpful to improve the mental health in patients with renal carcinoma during perioperative period,and to accelerate postoperative rehabilitation.更多还原
