【摘要】 目的探究女性广泛性焦虑障碍患者心理社会因素特点及甲状腺激素水平。方法选取女性广泛性焦虑障碍患者142例,同时选取140例健康女性志愿者作为对照,采用放射免疫法分析其血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺激素(T4)、游离三碘甲状腺原(FT3)、游离甲状腺激素(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)的水平,并采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和生活再适应量表(SRRS)对研究对象进行心理学调查。结果与正常健康女性相比,女性广泛性焦虑障碍患者经历的生活事件多,获得的社会支持少(P<0.05),以上因素均为焦虑情绪发生的危险因子;两组间甲状腺激素水平的比较结果显示,女性广泛性焦虑障碍患者组T4水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生活事件多和社会支持少既是女性广泛性焦虑障碍的主要特点,也是诱发女性焦虑情绪的危险因子;广泛性焦虑障碍的女性甲状腺激素水平较高,有利于女性广泛性焦虑障碍的鉴别和诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the characteristics of psychological and social factors and the level of thyroid hormone in female patients with generalized anxiety disorders. Methods 142 female patients with generalized anxiety disorders were selected,and a total of 140 healthy female volunteers were selected as control group. Radio-immunity technique was used to test the concentration of serum T3,T4,FT3,FT4,TSH. The subjects were investigated by the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)and Social Readjustment Rating Scale(SRRS). Results Compared with healthy women,female patients with generalized anxiety disorders experienced more life events,get less social support(P<0.05). These were the risk factors of anxiety. The concentration of T4 in female patients with generalized anxiety disorders was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion More life events and less social support are the main features and the risk factors of female anxiety. The levels of thyroid hormone in female patients with generalized anxiety disorders are higher,which can be helpful for the identification and diagnosis of female generalized anxiety disorders.更多还原
