【摘要】 目的探讨综合康复训练联合盐酸多奈哌齐对阿尔茨海默型病(AD)患者的效果及对事件相关电位的影响。方法将2015年1月~2016年12月收治的112例AD患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组56例,对照组给予盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,观察组联合综合康复训练,随访3个月,比较两组认知功能、生活质量、事件相关电位。结果观察组蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo CA)评分明显高于对照组,身体健康、精力状况、记忆评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);内源性电位N2、P3潜伏期明显短于对照组,P3波幅明显高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论综合康复训练联合盐酸多奈哌齐有助于改善AD患者认知功能,提高生活质量,可能与调节患者的事件相关电位有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training combined with donepezil on patients with AD and its influence on event-related potential. Method A total of 112 AD patients from January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=56)and control group(n=56). The control group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with rehabilitation training in extra. After 3 months of follow-up,the cognitive function,living quality and event-related potential in the two groups were compared. Results The score of Montreal cognitive assessment scale(Mo CA)in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the scores of fitness,energy and memory were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05);the incubation periods of endogenous potentials N2 and P3 were significantly shorter than those in control group,and the amplitude of P3 was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation training combined with donepezil can improve the cognitive function and living quality of AD patients,which may be related to the regulation of the event-related potential.更多还原
