【Abstract】 This article will introduce the experience of nursing for an elder patient with diabetic foot ulcer complicated with severe pneumonia. The key points of nursing include the establishment of a nursing team,local treatment for diabetic foot’s wound,physical therapy on legs,the treatment of systemic anti-infection,controlling of blood glucose and so on. After a 12-week nursing,the ulceration of diabetic foot had been recovered with severe pneumonia being improved. The family of patients expressed satisfaction.更多还原
