【摘要】 分析某三甲医院慢性肝病会员随访管理中遇到的问题及难点,针对随访管理问题及难点,根据工作实践探索可行的解决方法,如依托信息化技术平台,提高会员随访效率,减少会员失访,搭建会员主动随访及临床资料收集的闭环系统,建立专业的医护随访管理队伍,提高随访管理效能,并提出会员随访管理中一些具体要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the problems and the difficulties of long-term following and management for chronic hepatology disease,and aimed to explore possible solutions in accordance with the actual practice and some specific requirements.Solutions like to improve the efficiency of follow-up members and to reduce the loss of members relying on information technology platform,to build closed-loop system which follow-up of members initiatively and to clinical data collection,and to establish of professional medical team to improve follow-up management effectiveness were put forward.更多还原
