【摘要】 目的了解癌症患者抑郁状况及其影响因素。方法整群随机抽取武汉3家医院肿瘤科和放化疗科的癌症住院患者,采用抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)测量患者的抑郁状况。采用χ2检验进行率间的比较,运用Logistic回归分析抑郁影响因素。结果共调查485名癌症患者,255人检出抑郁(自评),抑郁检出率为52.6%。男性抑郁检出率为47.1%,女性为56.6%,女性抑郁检出率高于男性,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,感到非常焦虑或感到焦虑的患者抑郁检出率较高,是未感到焦虑癌症患者的3.999倍(P<0.01);癌症患者越年轻,抑郁检出率越高,年龄<50岁的癌症患者抑郁的可能性是年龄≥70岁患者的2.973倍(P<0.01),50~59岁年龄段癌症患者抑郁的可能性是年龄≥70岁患者的1.962倍(P<0.05);与不知道癌症治疗结果如何的患者相比,认为癌症可以长时间不复发或者可以彻底治愈的患者抑郁检出率更高(P<0.05)。结论癌症患者抑郁状况发生较严重,年龄小于50岁、伴有焦虑、认为癌症可以长时间不复发或可彻底治愈的癌症患者抑郁的可能性越高于其他群体,需积极关注这一群体的心理健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the status of depression and its associated factors of patients with cancer.Methods Cluster random sampling was adopted in oncology and chemoradiotherapy departments in four hospitals in Wuhan.Self-rating depression scale(SDS)was used to assess the patients’ depression.Chi-square analysis method was used to compare the ratios and logistic regression analysis methods was used to analyze the associated factors.Results 52.6 %(255/485)of the patients were with depressive mood,and the detection rates of the male and the female were 47.1% and 56.6%(P<0.05),respectively.Logistic regression analysis showed that patients with high anxiety or anxiety were 3.999 times more likely to be depressed(P<0.01).The younger the cancer patients,the higher the detection rate of depression,and the likelihood of depression in cancer patients younger than 50 years was 2.973 times higher than that of patients older than 70 years old(P<0.01),and the odds of depression in cancer patients aged 50~59 years old were 1.962 times higher than those aged 70 years old or older(P<0.05).Compared with patients who did not know the outcome of cancer treatment,the rate of depression was higher(P<0.05)in patients who thought the cancer could be relapsed for long time or could be completely cured.Conclusion The prevalence of depression among cancer patients is severe,patients younger than 50 years old,accompanied by anxiety,thinking that cancer can not recur for a long time or can be completely cured were more likely to fall in depression.更多还原
