胜任素质模型在妇幼保健医师培训需求分析中的应用
Application of Competency Model in the Training Demands Analysis of Maternal and Child Healthcare Doctors
【摘要】 医务人员是妇幼保健机构的核心竞争力,其素质的高低直接关系到妇幼保健机构的整体医疗技术水平和竞争实力。如何才能培训出适应社会和妇幼保健院发展所需要的人才队伍,是一项重要课题。将已构建的妇幼保健机构医师胜任素质模型应用于妇幼保健院的医师人才培训中,通过基于素质模型的培训需求分析,为医院进行科学、有效的培训需求分析提供了一种新思路,为在妇幼保健机构的人才培训中发挥作用。
【Abstract】 Medical talents are the source of core competitiveness of maternal and child healthcare institutions(MCH).Their competence is directly related to the overall level of medical technology and competitive strength of the MCH.It is an important task that how to train the medical talents to be adaptable for the development of the society and the MCH.In this article we discussed how to apply the competency model developed before to the doctors getting trained for MCH.We hope the training demands analysis based on competency model could provide a new idea of scientific and effective training demands analysis for hospitals,and play a role in personnel training of MCH.
